We are looking for a candidate who can handle the Customer service (Technical Support) for International Voice Process (Need to Handle Internet related queries).
Job Description:
- Provide customer support through Voice.
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.
- Freshers with excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Should be comfortable working for Night shifts. ( Early Morning shift)
- Flexibility: 24/7 shifts with 2 rotational Off (5 working days, any 2 week offs)
- 2-way cab facility provided.

- Round 2: Trainer Round
- Round 3: Operations Interview
