Job description
The profile of an Operations-Executive should be:
- Assist and Support smooth running of the day-to-day Operations in the organization
- Monitoring and measuring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Monitoring performance metrics defined across stakeholders.
- Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications related to various tools within the organization
- Interfacing with all sections within the Operations department
- Take charge of ops preparation of new projects when within the domain of Operations Dept
- All other duties as requested by the management
- Responsible for reports and employee database from Recruitment/Ops perspective
- Maintaining & publishing various trackers & MIS reports, review with Management
- Ensure Quality of Data and Reports being Published to stakeholders
- Close coordination with various internal team to meet goals
- Timely escalations to the management of any lapse in the process
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skills
- Resourcefulness and commitment-oriented
- Ensure 100% adherence to SLAs
- Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
- Analytical & Logical Approach
- Ability to Work Independently, Multitasking
