- Increase efficiency of the Ops Leadership Team
- Strategic initiatives
- Drive OKR mandates

Key Responsibilities:
Increase Efficiency
- Manages the SVP calendar providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts and ensuring all team members have prepared for the session with any critical documents and agenda points
- Own document repository, task management and action planning in MS Teams and Monday.com
- Assist in preparing reports, information, and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records
- Shadow multiple positions and train in a variety of tasks
- Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to correspondence, social media posts, and emails
- Represents SVP in meetings, by email, and phone calls
- Drafts letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the SVP
- Supports SVP in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items
- Acts as the liaison between SVP and Support internal team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time
- Supports the creation and maintains systems and processes to improve how we operate and streamline communication including but not limited to Document Management and Action Plans in tools such as MS Teams and Monday.com
- Act as an Accountability partner to the SVP to ensure all commitments are met in time
- Support the creation of a structure to improve visibility with and accountability of Ops Leadership Team
Strategic initiatives:
- Support the SVP of Global Operations to identify priorities, strategically align their time with these priorities, and revisit these regularly to assess progress.
- Ensure focus on strategic initiatives of the team so that they are not lost on urgent and daily transactions. Drive time management for the SVP around these areas of focus
- Act as a thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges
- Manage a variety of long-term, cross-functional projects/ programs that are part of our strategic initiatives
- Lead and partner on special projects for areas which the SVP personally oversees (or has a keen interest).
- Helps to identify risks associated with the strategic initiatives and mitigate them
Drive OKR mandate:
- OKR’s are used to drive alignment, focus, agility and business rhythm to achieve our strategic and business goals. You will use our OKR framework and tool to enable the Operations Leadership Team.
- Identify risks associated with goals for the Operations Leadership Team and bring them front and center to find mitigation plans and support implementation
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the Operations Leadership Team
- Determines key performance indicators related to Ops leadership team and keep the SVP informed with the progress on those KPI’s including raising red flags or identifying risks
Job requirements
We are looking for candidate who can support in US time zone - 7 p.m. IST to 4 a.m. IST.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Technology Saavy in working with business productivity tools and applications or able to quickly learn including MS Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Monday.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
