Usage of WinZO SuperStar
Any person ("User") who registers for WinZO SuperStar, available on WinZO platform ('WinZO Services') shall be bound by these additional Terms and Conditions, and all other rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or previously provided by WinZO in relation to any WinZO Services.
WinZO shall be entitled to modify these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by WinZO in relation to WinZO SuperStar, at any time, by posting the same on WinZO. Use of WinZO SuperStar constitutes the User's acceptance of such Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by WinZO in relation to any WinZO Services, as may be amended from time to time.
- WinZO may, at its sole discretion, notify the User of any change or modification in these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein, rewards mentioned for WinZO SuperStar and/or terms provided by WinZO, by way of sending an email to the User's registered email address or posting notifications in the User accounts. The User may then exercise the options provided in such an email or notification to indicate non-acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by WinZO. If such options are not exercised by the User within the time frame prescribed in the email or notification, the User will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by WinZO.
WinZO may, at its sole and absolute discretion:
Restrict, suspend, or terminate any User's access to all or any part of WinZO SuperStar
Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the WinZO SuperStar at any point of time
Change the rewards mentioned for each category of WinZO SuperStar
Reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a User;
Deactivate or delete a WinZO SuperStar’s account and all related information and files on the account;
By using WinZO SuperStar service, “Users” agree not to participate in any activity that directly or indirectly benefit the immediate competition of the WinZO. (Any competing real money game)
By submitting the video for WinZO SuperStar, “User” extends the right to distribute, publish the content on any platform to WinZO. WinZO shall not play any additional amount towards this activity.
By registering for WinZO SuperStar, the User agrees to refrain from participating in any activity that may spread negative word about WinZO directly or indirectly.
The Users agree not to delete the content published on their channel for which they have been rewarded without prior consent of WinZO. If Users decide to modify or delete the content of the published video, WinZO may take legal actions against them.
The rewards earned by WinZO SuperStar shall be forfeited in case of account inactivity of 30 days.
WinZO shall not bear any liability to cut TDS on behalf of the User if the User withdraws the amount more than Rs. 10,000/- cumulatively. It shall be sole responsibility of the user to pay the tax.
In the event any User breaches, or WinZO reasonably believes that such User has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has illegally or improperly used WinZO or the WinZO SuperStar, WinZO may, at its sole and absolute discretion, and without any notice to the User, restrict, suspend or terminate such User's access to all or any part of WinZO Contests or the WinZO Platform, deactivate or delete the User's account and all related information on the account, delete any content posted by the User on WinZO and further, take technical and legal steps as it deems necessary.
