Position Description/Overview:
Press Ganey is looking for a Support Analyst to support our PG India Technology group.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing product support to client queries and requests.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and work orders.
- Monitor and indulge in Trend analysis of the systems.
- Assist the Onboarding/ Implementations Teams.
Qualifications:
- Entry level role: 0-1 years of experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
