inDriver is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDriver user base exceeds 100M users in more than 600+ cities in 45 countries.
We are developing new services of inDriver business verticals, and right now we’re looking for a professional who will join our Business Development Department at inDriver.Couriers!
This position is based in Gurugram, India.
Please notice that CVs in English will be considered primarily.
What you will do:
- Performance tracking: analyzing KPI of the service in the region, offering solutions for improvement, growth and effective operations;
- Preparation and coordination of launches in new cities;
- Organizing and monitoring acquisition and retention of customers and couriers;
- Cross-team work coordination with Marketing, Operations, Courier acquisition for successful completion of tasks;
- Analysis of large amount of data;
- Business trips within the responsible area (customer development, research, surveys, activation) if required.
What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development - preferably in IT, ride hailing, e-commerce, delivery services, foodtech;
- Working experience in B2B will be an advantage;
- Experience / operational understanding of digital marketing;
- Experienced user of Google Spreadsheets (MS Excel);
- Experience in Google Analytics, Tableаu will be an advantage;
- Hindi - Advanced or Native, English - Advanced; Punjabi, Marathi or Bengali will be an advantage;
- Developed communication skills and stress resistance in conditions of uncertainty and strict deadlines.
