Position Summary
"International Technical Supports" is responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
Salary & Compensation
CTC- Rs 2,35,000 to Rs 3,50,000
Free Pick up and drop facility
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate/Graduation (Minimum 12 years of education)
- 0-3 years, Ready to Join Immediately
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering the calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Performing the basic troubleshooting step to resolve the query
- Take ownership of the call and drive first call resolution
- Looping the necessary department for a quick solution in a timely manner
- Document the troubleshooting steps as per the process requirement
- Deliver excellence as per the process metrics
- Awareness of ISO & ISMS
- Basic Telephone Etiquettes
- MS Office
- Typing skills minimum 15 WPM with 85% accuracy & computer navigation skills
- Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
- Decision Making and Numerical Ability
- Customer Focus and Being Attentive
