Essential Functions:
- Ensuring accurate data input onto system/database.
- Assessing transaction requirement and obtaining additional information from relevant sources where required
- Updating and amending data input.
- Input and approval of data according to specific rules/anomalies/exceptions.
- Ensuring key accuracy and productivity standards are met
- Striving to exceed customer expectations regarding cycle times.
Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements:
- Any arts and science graduates
- Very good keyboard skills minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m with high accuracy is required. Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage.
- Good Written Communication.
- Good analytical skills
- Conversant using MS Office PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word.
- Customer Centric.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good Team Player.
- Strong Sense of Urgency.
Experience in any transaction based process
