About the role
The main role of an Online Tutor is to deliver live tutoring sessions to K12 students through our virtual tutoring
platform. It is the responsibility of the Online Tutor to deliver error free academic instructions in each of the
tutoring sessions. Tutors will be handling Math, English, Science, Social and Test Prep subjects for various
grade levels depending on their expertise and interests.
What you will do
• Answer students’ questions related to the course content.
• Teach students various methods and approaches in answering questions.
• Break down complex concepts through simple steps.
• Motivate students through positive reinforcements.
• Review, update and maintain the student progress from session to session.
• Examine each student's shortcomings and suggest ways to enhance their learning strategies.
Who you are
• Should be a graduate with a zeal to help students academically. Post-Graduates and Doctorates are
also welcome.
• Should have sound knowledge in their respective subject.
• Should possess good communication and written skills.
• Candidate should have interest in teaching and comprehend academic content on our virtual tutoring
sessions.
• Prior typing knowledge will be an added advantage.
