Overview
We are looking to hire a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes.The Data Entry Specialist will lead such initiatives as well as serve in a supporting role to other team members as needed.The Ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in our systems.
A good understanding of spreadsheets and experience with Google Workspace (Docs,Slides,Forms) is necessary for this role. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be able Highly organized. Command over the English language is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management
- Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry
- Capturing data into digital databases/trackers and performing regular backups
- Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed
- Enters data in accordance with data entry timelines. Adheres to data entry productivity standards.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Email Management
- Sharing emails ensuring highest quality content / format and in a timely fashion
- Regularly responding to the queries/ issues
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in data management and Email Management.
- At Least 6 months of experience in data entry or management roles.
- Any degree or Diploma (UG)
- Excellent in written and verbal English.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Team Player.
- Attention to detail.
Workdays:
Full Time - 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
(Working Hours: Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours with United States time zones, since our major stakeholders are based out of the U.S.A)
