Job requirements-
- A High School Diploma or Graduate
- Prior customer service experience (Preferred) of 0 to 5 yrs in Domestic or International voice process
- Fresher's can apply too
- Should be comfortable working in 24/7 Rotational Shifts and Rotational offs
- Good verbal and written communication skills, proficient reading skills
- Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Basic PC keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
- Temporary work from home and post lock down, would be work from office
Job responsibility:
- Demonstrate ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound Customer calls/queries
- To provide quality customer assistance and support to bring resolution of escalated customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide basic troubleshooting on a variety of products and services and respond to inquiries about services
- Work and partner with others: Within a team-based environment
- Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
