Expectation from individual
● Excellent Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms
● Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
● Experience in the fundamentals of web technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS and mobile-first web development.
● Experience with any of modern web frameworks and knowledge of how they work on a high level(Ex: React or Angular)
● Ability to convert a design document or even a rough drawing into a working user interface with a bit of product thinking.
● Ability to own smaller web products within the team end to end.
● Knowledge of usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and HTML document architecture.
● Obsessed with Web Performance Optimization
● Expert with browser tuning and optimization techniques/tools
● Experienced in multi-tier large scale web architecture
● 2+ years of relevant experience
